I'm new to working out but wanted to increase my physical activity for my health & to lose some weight.  I decided I needed a good rope for cardio when I got to that level.  I decided to give this Cable Jump Rope a try since it claims it is the "#1 RATED CROSSFIT JUMP ROPE".  

Upon reading the product description I learned you can "Burn Up To 600 Calories An Hour Jumping Rope While Strengthening Your Legs, Butt, Shoulders, Arms and Also Improving Coordination"  Now like I said I am not to that extreme physical level yet but I hope one day soon to be able to at least be less than an amateur.

This rope seems like it will do the job for me  It is 10ft long but you can adjust it to any size you want in mere seconds.  The handles are 5 inches long & fit nicely in the palm of my hands.  It has 360 degree handle rotation so you don't have to worry about getting tangled or losing focus.  It even comes with a handy bag to stick it into making it easy to transport & compact.  



It looks like it is a very well made cable & would last for a long time.  Much longer than those old school rope jump ropes.  If you are on a level where you can really jump rope then I would say DEFINITELY give this a try, it will offer you everything you need in a jump rope "cable"


I give this product 5 paws out of 5 just because it is well made, you can fold it to make it portable, and it even comes with a carrying pouch so you can keep it handy wherever you want to take it.
